Area Fitness offers group classes throughout the week. Including yoga + bootcamp.

*Yoga A mix of mobility and traditional yoga flow

Monday + Wednesday 12-1pm. Thursday 6-7am (limit 8 people per class)

*Bootcamp A high intensity, all levels, full body workout with strength, conditioning, and cardio.

Wednesday 5:30-6:15pm (limit 10 people per class)
